The Beachside Sharks will play their second straight Grand Final game this sunday in Irvine ,CA.
This game is very important for the Sharks as it's Founder and Club President Adam Howarth's last game with the club. When asked about how important this game was, Howarth replied, "Well, it's been a hard two years getting this club started and finded a way to get us in the position to win a second straight Grand Final. It's tough work and I couldn't have done it without the dedication of our coach, John Fragomeni, and the support of the players and their families." This will be Howarth's 17th match played under the Sharks colors as he's never missed a game with the club. The Sharks will also be announcing the new President after the matches played and Howarth stated he has confidence that the new leader has all the necessary traits to lead a great club.
The SCAFL Grand Final will see the Beachside Sharks take on the Orange County Jets in a rematch of last years game with both clubs agreeing that a rivalry has begun. The first bounce will be at 12 p.m. with a consolation game played immediately after. The ground is Heritage Park in Irvine, CA and all supporters are encouraged to come out for a great day of footy.
