After winning the SCAFL Premiership in 2007, the Beachside Sharks look to push for another as training kicks off in Santa Monica this afternoon.

The mere idea that a training session could be held in the middle of Los Angeles largest rainstorm in years would be amazing. However, the Beachside Sharks would find a dry patch of grass and the rain would hold off long enough for the guys to get over 2 hours of ball work and drills in. Second year coach John Fragomeni considered the first day a success and would like to continue to welcome more new players to come and give the sport a try.

The Sharks will be training again next saturday at 9 a.m. at Virginia Ave. Park and would again like to invite all who wish to attend and give this wonderful game a try.
